4C Developments doubled the size of the original house by excavating a 260m2 basement and extending on all levels including a new 2nd floor. The end result is a stunning 6,500sq/ft home including a cinema room and large gym within the basement which has been future proofed with an additional excavation for a swimming pool. Essentially only the front and side facades of this property remained in place whilst a completely new structure was built up from within.
